Philosophy & Approach

While I tend to use a lot of different approaches, I really try to get to know each person individually and offer what I think will be most effective. As you share your past experiences along with your current life situation and struggles, together we can figure out what would be the best approach for you. Some people just really want a safe place to talk about their emotions and relationships. Others want concrete tools and homework suggestions. I often do a combination of both.
